4. GoMyRoof's activity and role
GoMyRoof provides a technical platform for publishing listings, searching, connecting members and, for stays, making bookings. Depending on the listing and the host's status, the journey may include an online payment processed by Stripe or a payment made directly to the host with a payment card verified by Stripe as a guarantee.
The accommodation service is offered and supplied by the host identified in the listing and booking. The host remains the traveler's contracting party for the stay. GoMyRoof is neither the owner nor the operator of the accommodation unless expressly stated otherwise.
Within the scope currently offered, GoMyRoof does not create or sell package holidays, does not combine accommodation with transport and does not act as a travel or holiday operator.
For property sales and long-term rentals, GoMyRoof only provides a listing publication and connection service. A listing publication fee may be paid to GoMyRoof. GoMyRoof does not, however, collect any property sale price, rent, security deposit or property down payment and does not act as an estate agent or property representative.
5. Intellectual property
The website structure, visual identity, original texts, software, databases, trademarks, logos and graphic elements are protected by applicable rights. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
Members retain their rights in the content they publish. They grant GoMyRoof the non-exclusive licence strictly required to host, technically adapt, display, translate, distribute and promote that content for the operation of the service, during the publication period and under the Terms of Use.

Manifestly unlawful content, an infringement of rights, fraud or a security issue may be reported through the website contact form or by email to contact@gomyroof.com.
The report must identify the content, its location, the precise grounds, available supporting evidence and the reporter's contact details where required by law. Abusive reports may incur the reporter's liability.
